Support tickets.

Follow authorized tickets and messages on web/mobile. Help shows titles and summaries in the app; full text opens on the website. The flow below is illustrative and sends no ticket, reply or survey.

The log of one ticket

Create a ticket with a title and initial text message; this form has no attachment upload. Reading, creating/replying and management require separate grants; tickets and message history are paged. Read-only/blocked subscription access alone does not disable support; a valid session and support grants are still required.

There are five statuses: Open, In progress, Waiting for your reply, Resolved and Closed. A platform reply sets Waiting for your reply. A customer reply reopens waiting/resolved tickets. Closed tickets reject messages until an authorized user reopens them. Tenant users may preserve the current status or select Open/Closed; other statuses are managed by the platform.

Open the Support screen yourself in the trial account.

    Example 1

A title/initial-message example; this animation creates no real ticket.

  2. 02/07

    Example 2

The user may search help separately; ticket creation produces no automatic recommendation.

  3. 03/07

    Example 3

The example platform user selects In progress; no automatic agent assignment or assignee-name field is promised.

  4. 04/07

    Example 4

A platform reply joins the thread and sets Waiting for your reply. This time does not attest actual response speed.

  5. 05/07

    Example 5

An authorized customer reply returns a waiting/resolved ticket to Open.

  6. 06/07

    Example 6

An authorized user can close the ticket. Closed tickets reject messages until reopened.

  7. 07/07

    Example 7

Tickets/messages are read in pages; closing sends no automatic satisfaction survey.

Support records and published contact options

In-app tickets provide stored records and threads. Email/phone links below appear when published in site settings; they do not attest live staffing, continuous weekday availability or a fixed response time. Confirm current scope and hours.

Support ticket
From inside the app, with a message thread and status tracking.
Email
When published, a link opens your email app; confirm sending and response arrangements separately.
Phone
A calling link when published; no live answer or immediate-resolution guarantee.
Hours
Confirm contact hours. Confirm published hours; processing on the next business day or within a fixed response time is not promised.
Priority
A plan name alone does not attest priority routing or a signed service agreement. Confirm the current offer, scope and written terms through pricing.
Survey
Satisfaction surveys are a separate module; closing a support ticket does not send one automatically. Authorized case/client surveys and reports have their own scope.
Other routes
Contact for sales, demo and general questions, frequently asked questions for short answers.

03/05 · Knowledge base

Read help summaries in-app and full articles on the site

The shared help index contains titles, summaries and topic keywords from guide/feature pages. Web help and the mobile help screen search this bundled index; not every article is a screen-by-screen procedure.

Words match titles, topic keywords and summaries; this is neither live support nor document-content search. Full articles open in a new web tab or the mobile system browser and require connectivity. Saving a support ticket does not generate an automatic article recommendation.

04/05 · Setup

Setup and data transfer are separate workflows

Initial setup follows company/access conditions; invitations, client/case actions and data transfer use separate permissions and screens. Migration on your behalf or identity verification is not promised. See the general how it works flow.

Read help or submit an authorized support ticket; no contact channel is assumed always staffed.

05/05 · Questions

What do people ask about support?

  1. 01/05

    What are the support hours?

Published information: confirm contact hours. Confirm current working days, response hours and channel scope; an out-of-hours request is not guaranteed a reply at the next business-day opening or a fixed resolution time.

  2. 02/05

Where do I see the status of my ticket?

Authorized Support screens show tickets and paged message history. The five statuses are Open, In progress, Waiting for your reply, Resolved and Closed. Reopen a closed record with permission before messaging; writing and managing status require separate grants.

  3. 03/05

    Which plan has priority support?

Confirm the current offer and written service terms separately. The Corporate name alone does not attest automatic priority handling, a signed service-level agreement or measured response times.

  4. 04/05

Who can open the knowledge base?

Web/mobile help searches the bundled guide/feature index and displays titles/summaries. Full content opens on the public website without a separate article account. Acceptance across every app state/device requires separate verification.

  5. 05/05

What is the difference between a support ticket and the contact form?

A support ticket is a record that signed-in users open from inside the product and follow in a message thread. The contact page is for sales, demo and general questions.
