What happens when a hearing is added?
The moment you add a hearing, the agenda, notification channels, connected external systems and search process the same record together.

09:12:00 The hearing is added
From the case file to the agenda.
A case file keeps parties, hearings, legal deadlines, notes, documents and the activity log in a single record. The kanban board moves a case from status to status. Deadline tracking calculates due dates by skipping weekends and Turkish public holidays. The calendar merges hearings and deadlines into one agenda, tasks distribute work across the team, and search finds cases, documents and hearings within the permissions you hold.
A change in one file reaches the other modules on its own: add a hearing and the agenda fills, a deadline approaches and a notification goes out, the record enters the search index. Your firm does not retype the same information in three places.

Kanban case tracking
Track cases in status columns and change stage on web or mobile with permission. Entering a closed stage preserves or sets the closure time; returning to open clears it.
- 03/06
Legal deadline tracking
Case-linked periods with end dates calculated from units and options, previews, calculation trails and authorised calendar views.
- 04/06
Hearing calendar and agenda
Hearings, deadlines and appointments in the web calendar; a separate mobile agenda summary. Export, ICS and reminders depend on permissions, preferences and provider conditions.
- 05/06
Task assignment and follow-up
Assign tasks to active company members; track optional case links and due dates, priority and status. Tasks have no direct client-record link.
- 06/06
Search
Search an authorized index of cases, documents and hearings. Mobile kind filters and a paged mixed web list; new records depend on asynchronous indexing.
Modules that know the client and run the team.
A client profile brings together contact details, notes, appointments and linked cases. An intake record passes the conflict-of-interest check and becomes a client in one click (the process is covered in the client intake guide). Roles and permissions make sure every team member sees only the screens their work needs; how to run the check is covered in the guide to conflict-of-interest checks.
The support module lets you open tickets and exchange messages inside the application. Notifications run on five channels: in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp and mobile push. The mobile app puts cases, clients, search and the agenda in your pocket.

Member notifications and custom client reminders depend on channel preferences, current access, quota and provider setup.
Secure records from document to payment.
Document management links files to cases and applies type, size and virus scan checks to uploads. The e-signature connection is not yet available. Record tracking and planned scope are discussed in the document security guide. Invoicing manages line items, VAT, expenses and time records.
Online payments let a client settle an invoice through iyzico, the Turkish payment provider; once the payment is verified the invoice moves to paid and the collection rate updates (the practical walkthrough is the guide to online payments for law firms). Data migration brings in the Excel and CSV records of your old system and exports your data when you need it.

Drafts, UYAP and reports.
Vekilaw AI is a separate package for drafting and analysis once provider and usage conditions are configured. Outputs require lawyer review; see the drafting guide. The UYAP connection is not yet available; automatic case, hearing or e-notification imports are not promised. See the UYAP guide for concepts.
Reporting presents case, client and finance indicators within your permissions. The external API provides permitted data read-only. Webhook setup, signed test dispatch and optional automatic delivery of case, hearing and document events for a selected branch are available.
