Payment, e-document, calendar and notification connections require the appropriate accounts and permissions. UYAP and e-signature are in preparation and are not offered as ready features.

E-invoice and e-archive integrators
E-invoice and e-archive delivery is configured through the firm’s supported Paraşüt, Logo or Uyumsoft account. Supported document types depend on account permissions and provider acceptance; status is tracked in the application. A copy of an invoice can also be sent to the firm’s Bizim Hesap company account as an accounting export; this is not an e-document.

- You enter your tax details in the company profile, connect your e-document integrator account in the integration settings and choose e-invoice, e-archive or professional service receipt in the invoice settings.

iyzico online payments
The client pays the invoice through iyzico. Once the payment is verified the invoice becomes paid, a payment notice goes out and the collection rate updates. Overdue invoices are flagged automatically.

Google Calendar and Outlook
Hearings, appointments and legal deadlines are exported to your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar (one way, from Vekilaw to the calendar), and the calendar entry is updated as the record changes. You can also subscribe any calendar app with the ICS subscription link.

Email
Notification and invitation emails are sent by Vekilaw through an email delivery provider. You can link an incoming email to a case by hand and keep the correspondence in the file.

SMS and WhatsApp (Meta)
Messages such as hearing reminders and payment notices reach clients and the team by SMS and WhatsApp. Bulk notifications are delivered in the background with a recipient limit.

Mobile notifications (push)
Push requires device permission, a valid device registration and notification preferences. Delivery depends on device and notification-service conditions.

Webhooks and API
API keys retrieve authorized cases, clients, hearings, document metadata and invoices in read-only scope; writing data is not supported. Webhook settings, signed test dispatch and optional automatic event delivery for a selected branch are available; delivery is at-least-once.

- An administrator creates an API key with the required read scopes. A webhook URL and signing key can be configured for a test dispatch; automatic delivery needs enabling on the subscription and a branch selection.

Which plans include the integrations?
Features and channel limits depend on the selected plan. UYAP and e-signature are in preparation. Vekilaw AI is managed as a separate package; current plan scope is stated in pricing and subscription terms.

Can I use my own e-signature provider?
Support for multiple providers selected by the company is planned. E-signature is not currently offered as a ready feature because the first provider connection and verification are not complete.

Which sub-processors receive my data?
The provider depends on the connection you use, account configuration and consent: iyzico for payments; the selected e-document integrator; configured services for email, SMS, WhatsApp and push. AI requires company approval and a configured model connection; it stays disabled without one.

Can I request a new integration?
You can submit your requirements through the contact page. Whether the existing read-only API meets them or an additional connection must be developed is evaluated before a proposal.
