Total fee and additional costs
Validate the applicable price for the selected plan and period against the current catalogue and order summary. An annual discount relative to monthly pricing is not assumed. Confirm the scope and price of add-ons or separately offered services before ordering; there is no physical product delivery.
Transaction terms of the bank or card scheme and any exchange-rate differences belong to that institution.
- 04/13
Payment method
Payment is made by bank or credit card on the iyzico payment page, in one payment at the start of the period. Card details are processed by iyzico and not stored by the Seller. The Seller does not charge a saved card automatically; payment for a new period is made separately.
- 05/13
Method and time of performance
The Service is provided electronically. The purchased period starts when the running trial or paid period ends, or, if none is running, when payment is confirmed. A change of plan or period takes effect when the current period ends.
- 06/13
Free trial
No credit card is asked at sign-up, nothing is charged during the trial and no subscription starts by itself at its end. The trial length depends on the plan and is stated on the pricing page.
- 07/13
Right of withdrawal
A Buyer acting as a consumer may withdraw within fourteen days of the date the contract is formed, without giving any reason and without a penalty. If the right is exercised and performance has begun, the amount other than the fee for the Service provided until the notice of withdrawal is refunded by the payment method used, within fourteen days of the notice reaching the Seller at the latest.
The notice of withdrawal is sent in writing (email included) to the contact details below. It should state your name or company name, the email address registered in the account, the order date and the plan ordered.
- Company name
- Vekilaw

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under the Regulation there is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Services whose performance begins, with the consumer’s consent, before the withdrawal period ends.
- Services performed immediately by electronic means.
- Orders from buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes; consumer law does not apply to them.
Because the Service is digital and can be performed immediately, the payment screen asks separately for your express consent to start the Service immediately and to the loss of the right of withdrawal that follows. If you do not consent, performance begins when the withdrawal period ends.

A Buyer acting as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the Service was bought, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.
