Trial and payment
- Trial
The trial starts the moment you sign up and its length depends on the plan. You work with your own data across every module.
Free trial · no card- Card
- No credit card is asked for the trial. If you do not continue, there is nothing to cancel.
- Cancellation
- No lock-in on the subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds are not given.
- Payment
- The subscription is paid through iyzico; card data is not stored at Vekilaw.
- Invoice
- The subscription invoice is issued with your company name and tax details; prices include VAT and VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
Vekilaw AI is not part of the plans.
Pleading drafts, client-message replies and case analysis come as a separate package that you add to any of the three plans.

Is Vekilaw AI included in the plans?
No, Vekilaw AI is a separate package. You can add it to Starter, Professional or Enterprise, and it is quoted by monthly request quota. The case, client, document and invoice modules work in full without it. AI runs on a local model on MTY Cloud inside Turkey, and client data is never used to train models.

Can I change my plan later?
You can pay for a new plan or period at any time; the change starts when the running period ends and the period you paid for is not shortened. Your records stay as they are.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
There is no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect immediately; you keep access until the end of the paid period and partial refunds are not given. Before cancelling you can take your data with Excel/CSV export and the KVKK data tools. Retention and deletion periods are set out in the Terms of Use and the KVKK Privacy Notice.

How is the subscription invoiced?
The subscription invoice is issued with the company name and tax details in your company profile in the app, and prices include VAT and VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Payment is taken through iyzico. On Enterprise, invoicing and payment terms can be set separately in the contract.

What is the isolated environment on Enterprise?
A working environment set up for you on request, separate from other customers. Its scope and term are set in the quote; you can send your request through the contact form.

Can I see my subscription payment history and invoices?
Users with subscription read permission see the history and details of subscription payments on web and mobile; once an invoice has been issued for a successfully completed payment it can be downloaded as a PDF. The mobile app is read-only in this area; subscription payments are made on the web.
