Type the case number.

Search indexed text derived from a case number, document filename or hearing date. Search and source-read grants combine with active company, branch and case scope. The filters and flow below are illustrative and run no real query.

  1. 1/5

    Type

Submit a validated 2–100 character query. Indexed title/description text is matched; this illustration promises neither match highlighting nor a real search result.

  2. 2/5

    Permitted results arrive

Search/type grants are followed by company/branch/case scope and current source-readability checks. Incomplete provider/source validation may fail; an incomplete read is not presented as a successful list.

  3. 3/5

    Pick a type

Mobile offers permitted Case, Document, Hearing or All filters. Current web search is a mixed list with no kind filter; web page-size choices are 5/10/20/50 and mobile pages contain 20 records.

  4. 4/5

    Select the result

Web opens a case in case details and a document in an authorized preview tab; hearing hits are unlinked text. Mobile opens document details and takes a hearing to its case with a valid parent ID and separate case-read access.

  5. 5/5

    The file opens

This illustrative case destination opens no actual record and does not mean every kind goes to the same place. Full/assigned case reading and source permissions remain; actual browser/device acceptance is separate.

01/04Record types

Three types are searched, and each result shows its type.

The index carries three kinds; queries match generated title and description text. General search over party names, courts, case titles, hearing notes or document contents/OCR is not promised. Examples are not actual records.

Client cards are not part of this search; you find clients with the search field in the client list.

Search and destination access are separate checks.

The search grant and the relevant kind-read grant are required; case reading accepts full or assigned scope. Company/branch/case scope and current source readability are also checked. Totals/paging use readable candidates; provider or final access validation may fail the search. Role and direct grants combine.

CaseCase number: 2026/42

Case: 2026/42

Web case results open case details, document results an authorized preview tab, and hearing results remain text. Mobile documents open their own details; hearings need a valid parent and full/assigned case reading to open the case. Reading a search hit alone does not unlock every destination. Records live in case management.

Illustrative grants; not a predefined trainee role

  • Search permissionyes

The query may run when source scope permits.

  • Full or assigned case readingyes

Only readable case candidates are considered.

  • Document read permissionno

The document row is not in the list.

03/04Limits

A query never goes past your access.

  • Search permission

The search grant enables the operation through a role or direct grant. Reading the source kind requires its separate grant.

  • No read permission

Unauthorized kinds and unreadable source candidates are excluded from totals/paging. An incomplete snapshot, provider read or final source check fails rather than returning successful partial results.

  • Firm boundary

Queries are scoped to the active company and visible branches; assigned-case scope is verified against sources too. Actual company-isolation acceptance requires separate verification.

  • Web and mobile

Mobile search uses the same backend operation but different screens, filters and destinations. It offers kind filters and 20-row pages. Search reading does not mean other mobile modules are read-only.

04/04Questions

What do people ask about search?

  1. 01/05

    Are client records searched?

This index covers cases, documents and hearings; use client-list search for client cards. Case search uses case-number text; finding every linked case by client/opposing-party name is not promised.

  2. 02/05

Do cases I have no access to show up in the results?

Search/type grants combine with company/branch/case scope and current source readability. Full case permission broadens scope; assigned-only permission narrows it. Unreadable candidates do not enter totals/pages; incomplete validation may fail.

  3. 03/05

Is the document content or its title searched?

Search matches title/description derived from filename, not general document contents, OCR, template fields or parent case numbers. Web opens an authorized preview; mobile opens document details.

  4. 04/05

When does a case I just saved show up in search?

Create/update/delete events drive asynchronous indexing. New records are not guaranteed in the next query or within fixed latency. Retry the query; incomplete provider responses are errors. Results use stable creation-time/type/ID order, not a relevance percentage.

  5. 05/05

Can I search on the phone too?

Yes. Mobile offers permitted kind filters and 20-row pages; full/assigned case reading is supported. Document details and a hearing’s parent case are separate destinations. Backend page number × size is capped at 10,000; narrow the query beyond that. This promises neither unlimited data nor measured speed.

Find records through indexed fields.

Search indexed text; results depend on current permissions and source scope.
